We do not manufacture, sell, directly provide, or guarantee third-party services, materials, contractor appointments, or third-party retailer transactions.

2. Nominative Fair Use of Third-Party Trademarks (Section 30 Trade Marks Act 1999)

Any reference to external commercial brand names, service marks, or logos (such as Urban Company, Asian Paints, Ferns N Petals, Haldiram's, Justdial, WedMeGood, Amazon India, Flipkart, etc.) is made strictly pursuant to Section 30 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India) under the doctrine of Nominative Fair Use. Such references are employed exclusively to identify, describe, and redirect users to independent external service providers and product suppliers. UtsavHub does not claim any ownership, trademark affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or contractual partnership with these independent entities. All intellectual property remains vested solely in their respective trademark holders.

3. Absolute User Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING UTSAVHUB, OR CLICKING ANY EXTERNAL DIRECTORY LINK OR REDIRECTION, YOU IRREVOCABLY AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS UTSAVHUB, NINEONLINE NETWORK, ITS OWNERS, CREATORS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND HOSTING PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, DEMANDS, PROCEEDINGS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

(a) Your engagement, transactions, bookings, quality disputes, or communications with any independent third-party service provider, merchant, contractor, or retailer linked from this platform;
(b) Any reliance placed on festive dates, astronomical panchang timings, muhurat calculations, or city-specific schedules published for general informational convenience;
(c) Any user-generated wish text, greetings, personal messages, or images customized and distributed through our browser-based creative tools;
(d) Any alleged infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, or privacy violations caused by user-distributed greeting cards.

4. Interactive Greeting Card & Poster Tool

The interactive greeting card and romantic message studio is provided as a free creative utility. Users generate content locally in their web browser canvas. UtsavHub does not store, monitor, or transmit user-entered greeting text or generated PNG images on our servers. Users retain sole responsibility for any text they choose to share over WhatsApp or social networks.

5. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Information regarding festival dates, astronomical tithi timings, and service pricing is published in good faith for general planning purposes. UtsavHub makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding completeness, pricing stability, or timeliness. In no event shall UtsavHub or NineOnline Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
